What "verified" means here

  • Authorisation: listed on Nusuk Masar as a Saudi Umrah company or as a contracted external agent (we ask for the partner name and check the QR-verified contract).
  • Consumer protection: ATOL (UK), IATA/TICO/ASTA or the national equivalent where it applies.
  • Business registration: a live company registration matching the trading name and address.
  • Contactability: phone, email and office tested by us, with the date shown on the listing.

Each listing shows exactly which checks passed and when. Anything unchecked is shown as pending, never hidden. Listing order follows verification status and profile completeness, not payment.
