For institutions and partners

A pilgrim-education layer, open to partners

Hajj.to is an independent platform built in Canada that explains the pilgrimage to pilgrims in the languages they speak, works offline inside the Haram, and publishes its data. We would like to work with the bodies that serve pilgrims.

What we offer

  • Multilingual guidance in 9 languages covering the largest pilgrim populations, maintained by one team, correctable within hours.
  • An offline companion (installable web app) with guided rituals, duas and counters, ready to be white-labelled or embedded by national Hajj bodies, operators and mosques.
  • Western-pilgrim insight: what pilgrims from Canada, the US, the UK and Europe search for, misunderstand and ask, aggregated from questions and quote requests.
  • Open data: our statistics page keeps every figure sourced; we are glad to align it with official releases.
  • Operator verification: a public directory that shows what was checked and when, with no pay-to-rank.

Who we would like to hear from

  • The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Pilgrim Experience Program, on pilgrim education and the language-and-communication track.
  • National Hajj authorities and licensed Umrah companies that want their pilgrims better prepared before departure.
  • Mosques, Islamic centres and student associations in Canada, the US and the UK that run group trips.
  • Researchers and journalists working on pilgrimage data.

Who we are

Hajj.to is built by Four Cents, a Toronto software studio with more than twenty years of product work, led by a Canadian Muslim founder of Indian origin. We are not a travel agency and do not sell packages. Contact: info@fourcents.ca.

Programs we intend to take part in

  • Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition, Jeddah, 8-11 November 2026.
  • Umrah and Ziyarah Forum, Madinah (annual, spring).
  • MCIT / CODE Hajj and Umrah Tech Challenge and Hajjathon, when calls open.
  • Monsha'at's Artificial Intelligence in Umrah competition.

How a partnership works

  1. Scoping call. You tell us which pilgrims you serve, which languages they read and where they get stuck.
  2. Content and tools. We adapt guides, the offline companion or the tools to your pilgrims, under your name if you prefer, and keep them corrected.
  3. Distribution. You link, embed or print; we track only page counts, never individuals.
  4. Review. Scholars or officials you nominate review wording before anything goes out under your name.

What we ask in return

Nothing financial for education work. We ask for corrections when we are wrong, official figures when you can share them, and the right to say publicly that we work together. We do not sell packages, so there is no conflict with your operators.

What we will not do

  • Claim to be official, or let a partner imply the Saudi government endorses us.
  • Publish a partner's pilgrim data; we never receive it.
  • Rank operators by payment.
